History

Attended Vo-Tech in Beloit after graduation. Then in March of 1974 moved to WaKeeney and worked at a bank. I lived with Kathy out there and then she got married, so I moved back to Downs in the summer of 1975. Started working at State Farm Insurance in Osborne and worked there until 1990. I was married in 1986 to Barry and we have two children, Katy 21 and Perry 17. When Perry was born I quit work and did daycare in my home so I could be with my own children. Then when they were both in school, I started teaching preschool in 1995 and this is my 13th year at it and I enjoy it so much!
 

Memories

Spanish Class with Miss Urgellas was alot of fun. Probably the only class I got an A+ in!! Senior sneak was definitely memorable...Baby Don't Get Hooked on Me...remember that girls!!I just enjoyed the fun times with everyone on a day to day basis. You don't realize how much fun you had until you look back and start reminiscing...and the fun never stops!
