HistoryTwo weeks after graduation I moved to Alma, NE. I worked with my parents in the printing business until 1998 when Melinda (my wife) and I bought the newspaper. We sold it in 2005. I was burnt out after being in the newspaper business since I was 13. I tried different things after that. I now work for the City of Alma (4 years) and will probably retire at that job. I married Melinda on May 3, 1975, we have two kids Sarah born 1977 and Lucas 1981. Sarah Handley is married with three sons 11, 8, 4 and lives in Minden. Luke is still playing the field and lives in Lincoln. I still like hot rods, bikes and guns. Melinda and I met in 1974 while I was riding a Harley and we have been riding ever since; we both love the sport.
MemoriesI liked dragging main, keg parties, Kokamo (to bad it burnt down). Playing football, the girls and raising hell, but not getting caught! Don't have any favorite teachers.
