History

Graduated from KSU in 1969 and Washburn Law School in 1972. Have lived and practiced law in Mankato since 1976. Married to Gail for 35 years. Gail is a title insurance agent and we office together. We have two children. Sarah is a staff attorney in the Kansas Supreme Court. Sarah and husband Jason live in Topeka and are the parents of our only grandchild Henry. Son Scott lives in Manhattan and is a broadcaster at KMAN radio. We make many trips to Manhattan and Topeka and are really enjoying being grandparents. We enjoy attending KSU football and basketball games and rarely miss a home game.

Memories

Many many good memories and living close to Downs has allowed us to maintain friendships with many people I knew growing up in the Downs area.
