HistoryAfter graduation I attended Kansas Wesleyan for 2 1/2 years and seeing the handwriting on the wall, I enlisted in the Marine Corps and served over three years during the Viet Nam war era. I married Mary Wickham in 1964. We have been blessed with two incredible daughters. As the rest of you, we have four wonderful grandchildren that we treasure. One is attending Ole Miss, one has a soccer scholarship to Trevecca college and one will be attending University of Texas. We still have one grandchild in high school. I have worked mostly in the home construction industry, retiring five years ago after a heart attack. That got my attention! I am currently enjoying my retirement and pursuing my love of photography. I have sold some of my work and have done some displays around this area of the country. Mary recently retired also, so we hope to do more travel. During Mary's career we had the opportunity of traveling in all fifty states as well as Europe. We visit her family often. Both my parents and my brother are deceased in the last fifteen years. MemoriesPlaying sports in high school was a special love of mine and I have so many memories that help me to stay young. Mostly I treasure the many friendships I have developed during my high school years.
