History

My wife, Lois, and I are the proud parents of two children - Michelle and Richard, and have seven grandchildren. I moved to Long Beach, California in 1958 and started my career with, what was then, General Telephone Company of California, (now Verizon) and retired from same company in 1986. After retirement, we relocated from California to Memphis, TN, and from there to Southeast Missouri, where we are currently residing. We have traveled to England, France, Luxenbourg, Italy, Germany, Scotland, Mexico, Canada and most of the states in the US. We are anticipating a great trip to Prague next year. We are the owners of Bells Ornamental Grasses, a business that supplies a wide variety of ornamental grasses to plant nurseries and landscaping businesses. We are in the process of investigating purchasing property in Yucatan, Mexico, with plans of retiring in that very beautiful country.
