in Downs, the Dragon Den is open per prior arrangement with any
DHS Alumni officer and during the annual Downs Celebration.
If any alumni would like donate or loan DHS items to be displayed
please contact us. We are also looking
for annuals to be donated to our small collection.
Building
ownership is in the process of being transferred to the DHS
Alumni Association, Inc. More remodeling and repairs are needed
and we will continue to work on this project as donations are
received.

MEMORIALS AND DONATIONS:
The association is now registered as a non-profit entity.
Memorials and large donations made to DHS Alumni Association,
Inc. are welcome and are tax deductible. Our first memorial was
received last year from the Vivian Cowley family. These funds
were designated for the 2009 scholarship.
DHS Scholarship
 Guidelines
for the DHS Alumni Scholarship ($250) have been set for the
recipient to be a descendant of a DHS alumni and graduating from
the current USD 272 Senior Class. A fundraiser for the
scholarship fund will be held during gatherings.
